Grove Property is a privately owned property consultancy and development firm. We provide a wealth of experience for residential, commercial and leisure projects.

Being privately owned we are able to offer unbiased expertise and often our projects are joint ventures.

We are chartered by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a gold standard in the industry.

Grove initially focused on delivering development projects and crystalising investments for a range of corporate and institutional clients and joined forces with a large private equity fund specialising in leisure markets and land development. We have used our broad range of real estate experience, from acquisition through to construction management, to develop investment opportunities for our clients.


Our Property Consultancy

  • Bespoke to each project, we assemble and direct a team of real estate professionals, lawyers, architects, planning consultants, interior designers and any others as may be required.

As principal the Grove team is able to implement its extensive development expertise into maximising asset value across various funds and generating value through financial restructuring, asset enhancement and operational changes.

Grove is located in Chelsea, South West London, close the Kings Road and Chelsea Harbour. We are easily reached by road or underground.

Underground

Nearest Tube station is Fulham Broadway on the District Line. From there it is approximately an 8 minute walk to the office: Walk East along Fulham road and then turn right down Holmead Road, when you are opposite Chelsea FC ground. Turn left at the end of Holmead Road and Lots Road is first right over the Railway Bridge. We are 150m along the road on the left hand side.

Train

Imperial Wharf station is 200m from the office and is on the London Overground network with links to Clapham Junction and to West Brompton

Parking

There are plenty of parking meters on Lots Road and these can usually be used. Failing this there is a multistorey car park in Chelsea Harbour, 200 metres away from the office.

Cycling

The courtyard areas at Worlds End Studios have bike racks if you wished to travel by bike.
